Skyler Labs ("we", "us") operates Skyler ONE. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We designed Skyler ONE so that you stay in control of your connected data.
Account information. Your name, work email, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
Connected data. With your permission, we access your calendar (read-only to start), email context with meeting attendees, and any pitch decks you upload. We use this solely to prepare your meeting briefs and power Brad.
Usage data. Standard product and device analytics to operate and improve the service.
We do not sell your data, share your pitch material with other customers, or use your content to train external AI models.
We share data only with subprocessors necessary to run the service (e.g., cloud hosting, AI inference), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and where required by law.
You can disconnect your calendar, email, and other integrations at any time from settings, which revokes our access immediately. You can delete uploaded decks and request deletion of your account and associated data.
We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (256-bit AES), and follow least-privilege access practices. See our Security page for more.
We retain connected data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. When you disconnect a source or delete your account, associated data is removed according to our retention schedule.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
